Service Description
Sessions will be held using Teams Weekly on Tuesdays 7pm - 8.30pm UK time (8 x 1½hr) 13 January - 3 March 2026 All prices quoted are per person This is the recognised, accredited 8-week Mindfulness Now course. Over the 8 weeks we will practice a variety of tools and meditations, helping you to train your brain to be more present, strengthening your resilience and ability to manage difficulties and stresses. It is also a great tool to make sure we get the most out of the good times too. You'll learn the foundational skills of mindfulness and meditation in a supportive environment. Sessions are 1½ hours and you will be provided with audio recordings of each session's meditations to practice at home. Also included are daily mindfulness prompts and ideas for a month following the 8 week course. There is the option of joining my weekly half-hour group practice online, currently on a Saturday morning, which is for graduates of my 6 and 8-week courses.
