Service Description

Every Tuesday 7.30-8.30pm 24 March - 28 April 2026 Online using Teams This 6 week course teaches both theory and experience of mindfulness with the aim of naturally integrating it into your everyday life, whatever your lifestyle. Over the 6 weeks we will practice a variety of tools and meditations, helping you to train your brain to be more present, strengthening your resilience and ability to manage difficulties and stresses. It is also a great tool to make sure we get the most out of the good times too. You'll learn the foundational skills of mindfulness and meditation in a supportive environment. Sessions are 1 hour and you will be provided with audio recordings of each session's meditations to practice at home. There is also the option of joining my weekly half-hour group practice online, currently on a Saturday morning, which is for graduates of my 6 and 8-week courses.
