Service Description

Although it says 'Ended' above, slots are currently available for this course. Save money and share the experience with a friend or friends! This is a great way to learn from and encourage each other. Find 1 or more friends, relatives, neighbours or colleagues to buddy-up with. The course will be taught using Teams. (This is the price per person, giving you each a 40% saving on the one-to-one course) Please complete the contact form if you are interested in this option and we can discuss available dates and times - thank you! Over the 8 weeks we will practice a variety of tools and meditations, helping you to train your brain to be more present, strengthening your resilience and ability to manage difficulties and stresses. It is also a great tool to make sure we get the most out of the good times too. You'll learn the foundational skills of mindfulness and meditation in a supportive environment. Sessions are 1½ hours and you will be provided with audio recordings of each session's meditations to practice at home. Also included are daily mindfulness prompts and ideas for a month following the 8 week course. There is also the option of joining my weekly £5 half-hour group practice online on a Saturday morning, which is for graduates of this course.
