Service Description

Although it says 'Ended' above, slots are currently available for this course: please contact me via the contact form to enquire about date options One-to-one 8 week course delivered online with Teams If you have a partner, friend or group you would like to do the course with privately, the Buddy-Up option gives you a 40% discount on the one-to-one course price. All prices quoted are per person. Over the 8 weeks we will practice a variety of tools and meditations, helping you to train your brain to be more present, strengthening your resilience and ability to manage difficulties and stresses. It is also a great tool to make sure we get the most out of the good times too. You'll learn the foundational skills of mindfulness and meditation in a supportive environment. Sessions are 1½ hours and you will be provided with audio recordings of each session's meditations to practice at home. Also included are daily mindfulness prompts and ideas for a month following the 8 week course. There is also the option of joining my weekly £5 half-hour group practice online on a Saturday morning, which is for graduates of this course.
